According to the AnnArbor.com Penn State will host Eastern Michigan in 2013. There has been no confirmation of this game yet from Penn State.
The 20123 schedule currently has Penn State playing Syracuse at the Meadowlands on August 31st and facing Virginia at home on September 14th. So the logical date for the Eastern Michigan game is September 7th, 2013.
